Wendy and I have been involved in ministry for the last 25 years. In our current roles we are organizational consultants, mentors, and creative strategists. Our specialty is positioning people and organizations for increased Kingdom impact, personal and organizational growth, and an ability to see and connect themes. Thanks for joining us here!

Our story. Your story.
Our career has been spent in various forms of ministry, organizational leadership, and international partnerships. Born and raised in different parts of Southern California, we each grew up enjoying the beach…a lot. After graduating from UCSB with the powerful degrees of Art [Kyle] and History [Wendy], we got married and worked in the marketplace for a couple years before beginning vocational ministry.
While we haven’t used our degrees professionally, our creativity, leadership and travel experiences have been integral in helping organizations connect their mission and vision, helping individuals take new steps of faith, plan events, strengthen branding, and use our relational skills to create new international partnerships. Now that you know a bit about us, don’t hesitate to introduce yourself. Our story + your story would be an incredible collaboration.
Upon completing my degree, I [Kyle] traveled as an artist and pilgrim. Traveling to over 25 countries grew my perspective, ingrained a deep appreciation for culture differences, and served as a catalyst for mentoring and helping people connect the dots in life. In our many roles in ministry, both Wendy and I have had the privilege to share Christ to unreached peoples in multiple international locations. We enjoy meeting new people, being in diverse settings, and creating solutions to hurdles that naturally come up. Traveling helped us craft skills in communication, influence, empathy, collaboration, trust building, nuance, and personal development.
Ministry moving forward.
Wendy and I have served in various marketplace and vocational ministry roles since 1992. These experiences uniquely equip us for coaching, organizational leadership, and consulting others in dynamic situations. We have also been featured public speakers and emcees for groups from 20 to 2000, speaking on behalf of causes that impact our world.
Realizing we could help more than one organization, we’ve recently branched out with a concentration in organizational development and personal growth. Our love for missions gave us a burden to partner with churches and other organizations sending teams to serve others and make an eternal impact. Our goal is to help train, send and receive returning teams in ways that help individuals and organizations experience long-term growth.
We also are attuned to the reality that people make up teams and often people are feeling stuck. Because our skills focus on development and mentoring, we also are passionate about helping people get out of ruts, overcome obstacles and take new steps forward.
Working with university students the last 20 years, we have seen the challenges recent graduates face when transitioning into careers. Often there are many factors merging together creating new levels of stress and disorientation. A new job, a new city, disconnection from friends and family. These can all lead to a sick feeling of being alone. But, the reality is these twenty-something years can be used as an incredible opportunity for learning, experimentation and growth.
Sometimes the solution is a travel experience to reflect and reconnect with personal values. We look forward to helping folks travel with purpose. Road trips, backpacking, urban hikes, or pilgrimage can be the answer to get back on track.
Connect the dots.
We currently work as directors of a growing nonprofit focused on helping people and organizations connect the dots to greater effectiveness. We enjoy that all components of our skill set are fully utilized: organizational leadership, creative strategy, consulting, art direction, team dynamics, teaching and speaking.
We continue to travel, consult, and serve as catalysts for quality people and organizations to leverage their expertise for a global impact.
We have been married for twenty-one years and have three incredible kids. We enjoy travel, tasty food, and strong coffee. Summer is our favorite time of year, probably because we love to spend time at the beach.
